Jim Brown was one of the greatest running backs to play in the NFL. Even though Brown only played nine seasons with the Cleveland Browns (1957-1965) he held the NFL career rushing record until 1984. Brown was selected to nine NFL Pro Bowls and was a three time NFL MVP. Wanting to pursue an acting career Brown cut his career short and decided to try and make his mark on Hollywood. Jim Brown was selected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1971. Brown played his collegiate ball for Syracuse University where he was also a star basketball, track and lacrosse player. During his time at Syracuse he led the lacrosse team to the national championship. Brown was also selected to the College Football Hall of Fame and Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

Dan Marino Miami Dolphins Throwback Jerseys On Sale

Dan Marino is one of the most statistical accomplished quarterbacks in NFL history.  He played his entire career (1983-1999) with the Miami Dolphins where he played in 9 Pro Bowls and won the NFL MVP in 1984.  It is often argued that Marino is one of the greatest NFL players to never win a Super Bowl and possibly one of the greatest sports stars to never win a championship in his sport.  The Miami Dolphins made it to Super Bowl XIX but lost to the Joe Montana and the San Francisco 49ers, 16-38.  This would be the only Super Bowl Dan Marino would lead the Dolphins to.  Going to the Super Bowl so early in his career most thought he would have many more opportunities to get a ring, unfortunately it was never to be.  Marino retired from the Dolphins after the 1999 season and was elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1995.
